Account data: Name, email, and password (hashed) when you register.
Usage data: Tool usage counts, templates generated, and feature interactions for analytics.
Uploaded files: Excel or CSV files you upload for processing are stored temporarily and deleted after processing or download.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We do not store raw passwords.

4. Third-Party Services

Some workbook features may use OpenAI to understand a request or translate workbook text. Prompts sent to OpenAI do not include personally identifiable information. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie (JWT token) for authentication. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

6. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. We will process requests within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age.

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
