Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Tier

WorkbookWise offers a generous free tier. No payment is required for basic usage, so no refund applies.

2. Paid Plans

Paid checkout is not live yet. Current paid tiers are waitlist/pricing-preview tiers, not active subscriptions.

When paid checkout launches, the following refund terms are expected to apply:

• Within 7 days: Full refund if you are not satisfied, no questions asked.
• After 7 days: Pro-rated refund for unused months (annual plans only).
• Monthly plans: Subscription cancellation terms will be shown before paid checkout opens.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us or use the contact form with your registered email and reason for refund. We process refunds within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellation

There is no active subscription to cancel before paid checkout launches. After launch, subscription controls will be available from your Account page.

5. Payment Provider

The payment provider and final refund processing flow will be confirmed before paid checkout opens.
